US Returns & Refund Policy
This policy applies to orders placed by customers in the United States at feltra.de/en-us. All prices are shown in USD, and shipping to US addresses is free (2–4 business days from our US warehouse), with all duties and import fees already included. Optional express shipping is available for $3.99. No US sales tax is charged unless required by your state.
30-Day Return Policy
You may return your Feltra Magnesium Patches within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund. Because these are hygiene products, we can only accept and refund unopened packages in their original, sealed condition. Opened or broken packages, as well as individual patches, cannot be returned or refunded for health and hygiene reasons.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@feltra.de with your order number.
- We will send you the return shipping address.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Refunds
Once we receive your unopened, sealed packages, we will process your refund to your original payment method. This does not affect any other legal rights you may have.
Subscription Cancellations
If you've subscribed to our monthly delivery (1 pack per month, $24.99), you can skip or cancel your subscription at any time, as long as you do so before your next billing date. To skip or cancel, contact us at support@feltra.de with your order or subscription details. Once a billing date has passed, that month's shipment will be processed and is subject to the standard 30-day return policy above.
